The number of home sales in the North Shore in the 1st quarter of 2025 increased by 7% as compared to the 1st quarter of 2024. The number of North Shore homes sales in the 3rd quarter of 2024 was down 2% as compared to the 3rd quarter of 2023. Market time was down 1% and median prices saw a large 12% increase.
