The number of North Shore homes sales in the 3rd quarter of 2026 was down less than 1% as compared to the 3rd quarter of 2024. Market time was down 9% and median prices saw a significant 9% increase. Last year at this time my market report showed an exceptionally strong real estate market. This year the market has again been exceptionally strong in the first half of the year.
